Hi there, and I’ve got a question for you.

How many times do you hit the snooze button when you’re supposed to wake up in the morning?

Is it because you’re dreading the day ahead?

Is it because you’re just not happy about your life and what is in store this day?

Because you have to be careful about how many times you hit that snooze button because you’re hitting the snooze button on your life. You’re hitting the snooze button on your dreams. What message are you sending out into the universe when you don’t want to engage your day? Because how you start your day affects how you live your day. For example, if you get up in the morning, stub your toe and you’re like, “Ahh,” get angry, and then you’re frustrated and because you’re frustrated, you’re then late for work. It flows from one thing into the other. So how you start your day is so important. What’s the first thought that you have? Something for you to think about tomorrow morning. What is the first thought you have when you wake up? Is it uplifting, forward, motivating, I can’t wait? Or is it reducing the possibilities of what your day has in store? For example, “Oh shit, another day.” That is going to lead you to a day that supports that belief. Your ninja thought, your limiting beliefs are going to come together to support your first thought of the day.

And so if your first thought of the day is, “I don’t want to do this,” boop, hit that snooze button, what you are telling the universe, what you’re telling your subconscious mind is you have resistance to what is coming to you this day. So you’re going to be observing the day from a viewpoint of resistance on a subtle, subconscious level. The opposite is true. If you wake up before your alarm and go, “Okay, it’s a new day. It’s a great day. Something wonderful’s going to happen today,” you are going to lead into a different experience for your day than if you hit that snooze button because hey, you’re hitting the snooze button on your life. You’re hitting the snooze button on your opportunities. You have created a habit, a habit of “I don’t want this yet.” So relationship, health, wealth, circumstances, you’ve also told the universe, “I don’t want this yet.” You set the alarm for a reason, you should live in integrity into that reason why you set that alarm. So hey, it’s a very, very small thing. But if we can make small changes of understanding that create greater results in the long run of our life, we’re going to have a much more fulfilling life.
